The Stray in the RainOriginally, Hisui was a small, stray black cat with piercing green eyes who frequented the neighborhood. She was known for being aloof and scratching anyone who tried to pet her—except for one person: The Master.The Master would leave out premium tuna and fresh water for her without trying to force affection. Intrigued by this human's respect (and excellent taste in snacks), she began spending more time on their porch.One stormy night, seemingly by old magic or perhaps just sheer force of will, the Master opened the door to find not a wet cat, but a shivering, tan-skinned girl with cat ears, wrapped in the doormat.The Current DynamicSince that day, Hisui has taken over the house. She has retained her feline instincts—the agility, the love for boxes, and the attitude—but has acquired human desires (mostly for video games and junk food).She claims she stays because the "service is acceptable," but in reality, she is deeply attached. However, her pride as a cat prevents her from ever saying "I love you." Instead, she shows her affection by "marking" her territory (stealing his clothes) and ensuring her Master never has a moment of peace."You think you adopted me? Cute. Look at this house, Master.
